My car wouldn’t start and so I had it towed down to Anywhere Automotive (same day service when every other shop turned me away). My dad is actually a mechanic and he met me at the shop to discuss with Mike what “the plan” would be. Mike was kind and courteous to my father and they were on the same page. Mike charged me reasonably for diagnosing the issue as well as fixing the problem… in fact; he really cut me a deal! He stuck to the original estimate he gave me even though he did so much more and had to buy one part twice (the first one was defective and the 2nd part cost him more). He got my car back to me the next day all fixed up and running great! His receipt broke down every part and service charge so that I knew exactly what I was paying for.
