Eureka, I found Anywhere Auto Repair. I called around and talked to a few auto repair shops when my '05 Dodge Magnum motor blew. It was Mike who (over the phone) made the most sense about troubleshooting the situation and making recommendations, so I decided to go with Anywhere Auto. I'm here to say they did an incredible job replacing my 5.7 liter Hemi with a remanufactured engine. Now my car runs like new! Truly, I ran into the pros from Dover! Thanks Mike (and Lynn) for making this repair as painless as possible and I know I got a great deal overall! These folks know what they're doing!

Everyone that works here is amazing. I have been bringing my car to Mike for the past 10+ years. From my Toyota corolla to my husbands Dodge Ram pick up. Every time I have gone they make you feel super important and keep you informed on all things going on step by step. I have never left unhappy and know others who I refer to him have been happy with his work as well. They clean the engine every time and your car looks brand new under the good. If you have not tried this shop you need to you will not be disappointed! Thank you for all the amazing work these past years, I will always come to this shop for any of my car troubles.

I had my 4 runner shocks front brakes and rotors and valve cover gasket replaced at anywhere automotive when i picked my vehicle Mike the owner had took the time to clean my engine I have always wanted to do it but was afraid it wouldn't start afterward, and I have to tell you my engine look brand new i couldn't believe it. It was so nice to have someone take that extra time to do something so nice not only that, but I have had no problems with my vehicle the owner of the shop is outstanding to work with I told him what I could afford and he made it work. I had very bad luck with Menike in Martinez to many changes in staff at that place bad repairs the shop manager didn't seem to know what he was doing he would tell me one thing and the next day it was something else. I am very picky about who works on my truck and with the workmanship that anywhere automotive did they will be my shop going forward i trust mike and I was really happy with the work that was done on my 4runner. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants their vehicle fixed right.

I have been a Customer of Anywhere Auto for over 20 years.

I had been referred to them initially when I had a job transfer to the Bay Area. My Toyota 4-Runner's engine had died, I was under warranty, yet The Dealership was not honoring the warranty, telling me that I would be responsible to pay excessive repairs & giving me the run around. As a single Woman in a Car Crisis, with very little resources, I felt very intimidated. A Friend suggested I contact Mike Babcock of Anywhere Auto. He not only advised me of how the Dealership was in the wrong but went to bat with them & the Warranty Company. He soon discovered that there had been repeat instances of the same issue with Toyota 4-Runner's Engines due to a faulty design & that they had been recalled. He not only was able to replace the Engine but had the Warranty Company foot the bill with no out of pocket expense to me. Anywhere Auto is not only reliable & dependable, they are honest & trust worthy. Several years have passed, and though I am no longer in the Bay area, & have yet a different car, I still continue contact them for advice about my car. I think Mike Babcock is the Car Whisper, as I will describe the problem I am having with my car over the phone & he is always RIGHT! He just saved me $950 on my car this week. When My Ford Explorer repeatedly hesitated to start, I was told I needed a new Fuel Pump. I called Mike & explained the various estimates which were $900 to $950. I mentioned I just had an oil change & had the air filter replaced. Mike suggested have the air filter checked to see if was installed wrong. It was, and the car is running fine & Mike saved me the $950. This is a rare thing, an Honest Mechanic who continues to look out for your best interest even when they are not being paid for to do so. I highly recommend Anywhere Auto.

I have always been able to take my car in the same day or within 2 days after calling to make an appointment. The mechanic Carlos is well informed and doesn’t beat around the bush like most shops do. If something is fine, he doesn’t tell me that I have to change it just to make more money. He takes care of things in a timely manner. Lynn is amazing. She is super nice and makes me feel welcome to bring my car back anytime. She took care of everything I needed and even gave me a ride back to work while my car was being worked on. We have been recommended to A.A. by a friend more than 10 years ago and it was “love at first sight”! Mike is an exceptionally personable and friendly person and his shop is run in the same manner. He first serviced our 1996 Rav4 and we were extremely pleased with both the result and the prices. The car was always ready on time, all problems were handled in utmost professional manner and we developed a mutual respect and trust. Carlos is the chief mechanic at A.A. and he pampered and cured my car many times, until it just was not practical at 250,000 miles! He than took care of my husbands 2002 Miata with the same expertise and knowledge. Currently my 2010 Subaru Forrester is safely in his hands for any checkups, oil changes and maintenance. We were so trilled to have found a shop we can trust to do such and outstanding job on maintaining our cars.
